Ideally, Parish Councilors represent the interests of the three separate areas of our Parish, namely Little Bardfield Village, Hawkspur Green and Oxen End.

The Agenda for every meeting is published on the three Noticeboards (Little Bardfield bus shelter, Hawkspur Green and Oxen End) and on the Parish website (under News & Events Calendar, Notices & Information) usually one week before the meeting. 

Parish Council meetings are open to all residents of the Parish and their elected District and County Councilors to attend.  Every meeting has a Public Forum opportunity.

Anyone who would like to bring any particular matter to the attention of the Parish Council please contact the Chairman or the Parish Clerk a few days prior to the meeting so that relevant information preparation can take place.

Meetings are currently held in the Little Bardfield Cricket Club Pavilion.
